🎅 Exclusive Visit to Santa’s Grotto (ALL TICKETS INCLUDED)– Step into Santa's cosy winter retreat and meet the man himself with your own family! Capture the magic with your own camera and share your wish list with Santa. Don't be surprised if Santa shares a story and has a lovely chat but rest assured that he’ll always make sure to hand your little ones a special Christmas present in person!

🛠️ The Elves’ ART Workshop (ALL TICKETS INCLUDED) – Join the merry elves in their creative workshop where you can make your own festive arts and crafts and create the perfect Christmas keepsake! 

🦌 Mrs Claus Bakery making your own Reindeer food (ALL TICKETS INCLUDED)– Prepare some magical reindeer food that will guide Santa's sleigh to your home on Christmas Eve. We will provide you with all the ingredients and a special food pouch with the poem you'll need to read out when you sprinkle the magical reindeer food in your own garden on Christmas Eve.

✉️ North Pole Post Office. Write and post a Letter to Santa (ALL TICKETS INCLUDED)– Write a special letter to Santa, pop it in an enveloppe and drop it in Santa's magical letterbox at our North Pole Post Office. Will your wishes come true?

🔥 Toasted Giant Marshmallow (STARLIGHT AND GOLD TICKET INCLUDED PLUS DAYTIME ADULT GOLD TICKET INCLUDES TEA/COFFEE + MINCE PIE ) – Savor the taste of a giant gooey, golden marshmallow toasted to perfection by your family over an open fire.

Enroute you are likely to encounter Alpacas, Swiss Valais Blacknose Sheep, Pygmy Goats, Silkie Chickens, Minature Donkeys, Guniea Pigs and Micro Pigs. You may even spot some of our resident wildlife including nesting buzzards, peacocks, two families of Indian Runner ducks and a pair of nesting herons.

Terms 

Due to winter parking availability, this is a two hour experience

1) Please ensure you arrive at least 30 minutes before your chosen timeslot. If you miss your timeslot you will not be able to visit santa during your visit and please be aware that the ticket is non-refundable. 

2) There is a maximum of 7 people (3 children meeting santa and receiving a present maximum) per timeslot. If your party extends to more than 7 people then please book two timeslots together.

3) If you are not ready for your chosen timeslot, then you will not be able to attend the "Meet Santa" experience as we will be fully booked and unable to provide flexibility. This is a non-refundable event and your purchase and subsequent attendance is conditional upon you being ready for your timeslot.

4) Tickets are non-refundable but we would be happy to try to change your slot if you contact us at least 72 hours in advance. A change is not guaranteed though.

5) Anyone of the age of 14+ who does not wish to receive a Santa's present should purchase an Adult General Admission ticket. If nobody wishes to visit santa in your group, then please purchase an adult ticket general admission ticket for everyone over one years of age in your party. 

6) This event is designed for young children and their families. Adults must be accompanied by a child to attend. Disabled adults are warmly welcome please contact us if you have any questions about accessibility or participation

7) Bookings must only be made by persons over the age of 17.

8) We reserve the right to cancel any event at any time.

9) We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone at any time.

10) Any booking assumes you have fully agreed to the terms outlined on this page.

11) Northlands Farm has deep lakes and animals which may bite. You agree to supervise children at all times during your visit and ensure all members of your party have washed hands at one of our wash stations if you have touched any farm animal. Unless supervised, you agree not to feed the animals and any accidents related to animal bites are your responsibility. As the ticket purchaser, you are responsible for communicating this clause and ensuring adherence during your visit.

12) The Zipwire is self service but children must be accompanied by an adult who will need to help the child safely mount and dismount. Helmets are provided and must be worn.
